BVR Legal (formerly Mealey Conferences) will be holding a somewhat more serious program on construction litigation and coverage, including a session on vapor intrusion, at our Comprehensive Construction Defect Claims & Coverage Conference in Las Vegas November 5-7
Dr. Lorne G. Everett, chief scientist and senior VP at Haley & Aldrich, will discuss how to comply with new vapor intrusion standards and will provide suggestions on how best to protect the value of properties. A preview of his presentation appears elsewhere on this site. Dr. Everett or BVR Legal had nothing to do with the above video, but at least one person at BVR Legal found it mildly amusing.
